Palace of Greatness Publishers – Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

To join the Palace of Greatness Publishers Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years of age. By applying, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Affiliate Approval

All affiliate applications are subject to manual review and approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Commission Structure

Approved affiliates earn a 15% commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links.

Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount, excluding:

• Taxes

• Shipping fees

• Discounts

• Returned or refunded orders

4. Customer Discount

Customers who purchase through an affiliate link receive a 10% discount at checkout. This discount is applied automatically and does not affect the affiliate’s commission percentage.

5. Commission Lock & Payout Schedule

To align with our 30-day return policy, commissions are locked 30 days after the purchase date.

• If an order is returned, refunded, canceled, or charged back within this 30-day window, no commission will be paid for that transaction.

• Only completed, non-refunded orders qualify for payout.

6. Payment Method

Affiliate payouts are processed via UpPromote’s supported payment methods. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate and up to date.

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Engage in false, misleading, or deceptive advertising

• Use spam, unsolicited messaging, or misleading claims

• Impersonate Palace of Greatness Publishers or misrepresent the brand

• Bid on Palace of Greatness Publishers’ branded keywords in paid ads unless expressly permitted

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Geographic & Shipping Limitations

Affiliate promotions must comply with our shipping availability. Sales originating from countries or regions we do not ship to will not qualify for commissions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time if program terms are violated or if activity is deemed harmful to the brand.

Affiliates may also terminate participation at any time by discontinuing promotion of affiliate links.

10. Changes to Terms

Palace of Greatness Publishers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
