- During busy seasons (launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
- You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email when your package has been sent.

Delivery times depend on your country and local postal service.
Typical timelines after shipping are:

- USA: 4–10 business days
- Europe: 6–12 business days
- Caribbean, Latin America, Asia, Middle East, Africa, Oceania: 8–21 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs, weather, or holiday delays.
5. Tracking Your Order
Many orders include tracking.
If your order qualifies, you will receive a tracking number when your package ships.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Incorrect Address or Returned Packages
Please check your shipping address carefully.
If your package is returned due to:

- Customer refusal of delivery
We can reship it for you, but additional shipping fees may apply.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:

- Provide your order number,
- Provide photos if damage occurred.
