We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.
This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for all products sold in our store.
This policy applies to:
- PatternPlay™ board game
- Printed puzzle books
- Educational workbooks
- Activity books
- Any other physical printed products
- Digital products (songs, downloads, worksheets)
1. Return Eligibility for Physical Products
We accept returns for:
✔ Wrong item received
✔ Damaged items
✔ Manufacturing defects
✔ Missing components
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
If the item arrived damaged, please send photos so we can assist you quickly.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For safety, hygiene, and copyright reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Digital downloads (music, worksheets, printables, etc.)
- Opened books (printed puzzle books, activity books, workbooks)
- Used board games or books
- Items purchased on clearance
Once a digital product is delivered, the sale is final.
3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
When available, the replacement will be the exact same product.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 3–5 business days depending on your bank
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is caused by our error.
5. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the item arrived damaged,
- the wrong item was sent, or
- the product is defective.
In those cases, we cover return shipping or issue a replacement at no cost.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
After the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is delayed or missing, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
We will help file a claim with the carrier and assist in locating your package.
